All insurance policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers. Cover Group LLC does not guarantee coverage, policy approval, or specific pricing, as these are determined solely by the respective insurance carriers.
3. SMS / MMS Communication Terms
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Cover Group LLC. These messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment reminders, policy updates, and other service-related communications.
How to Opt-In
You may opt-in to receive SMS/MMS communications by:
- Submitting your phone number through our website contact or inquiry form
- Texting us directly to initiate contact
- Providing your number verbally or in writing and giving consent
How to Opt-Out
You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and policy activity. We will not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages.

No Guarantee of Delivery
We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to carrier filtering, network issues, or incorrect contact information provided by you.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting quotes or applying for coverage
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal or contact information
- Review all policy documents provided by insurance carriers carefully
- Make timely premium payments directly to your insurance carrier
- Not misrepresent any information that could affect your coverage or eligibility
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, policy cancellation, or legal consequences under applicable law.
5. No Guarantee of Coverage
Cover Group LLC acts solely as an agent and intermediary. We do not guarantee that any application for insurance will be approved, that specific coverage will be available, or that quoted premiums will remain unchanged. All final coverage decisions are made by the insurance carriers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cover Group LLC, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any denial of coverage by an insurance carrier
- Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Delays, errors, or interruptions in SMS/MMS communications
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Cover Group LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Third-Party Insurance Carriers
Cover Group LLC works with multiple licensed insurance carriers to provide coverage options. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, billing practices, or policies of these carriers. Any disputes regarding your policy, claims, or coverage must be directed to your insurance carrier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the property of Cover Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
